The Content Testing (Tespia) Clarification
#18
Combattente Wrote:If people didn't find any bugs and didn't report them there's nothing wrong with it. But if they actually FOUND them and didn't report them (remember that the main reason of Tespia was reporting bugs) for lazyness, I blame them for not doing it. If less people were lazy then the legit reports could've been more than the spam reports and NEXON probably wouldn't have closed Tespia like they did.

People just wanted to Zakum, and play with their skills and crap like that. I was there too, and that's all I ever saw, I swear I counted quite a few bugs I reported, and I found while I was on, that everyone was going through Zakum, and wanting to HT. Hell, I found some cases where I felt like I was reported bugs that only had to do with it being a Test Server, but I reported them anyways, I mean, obviously the skill thing everyone was messing with wasn't going to get into the main server, but I reported it anyway cause it'd detract from the test, like it did.

It was just lazyness, and stupidity. You can't say you tested the new stuff and found NO bugs. You just screwed around with skills and your level, that's it.

I mean crap, I found my self ss'ing spelling, and wording error and reporting those too, they are bugs themselves. If they did one for Magatia, I would have been quite busy doing that.

Anyways, all well, I enjoyed Tespia too, it is fun to be able to test stuff, but the thing is, even the bugs that were reported, didn't get fixed, so our jobs were kinda pointless if you ask me. It sucks though, that a few immature people ruin it for everyone by neglecting their responsibilities as testers, and yeah, it may be a game, but you did have a responsibility to make sure the game you play didn't get any major glitches brought into, or far fewer glitches than usual.
