[NOTICE] Inactive Guild Leaders

I wonder if this means there are gonna be no underscored guild/ally names, because it kinda sounds like it's ultimately gonna be a race between guild leaders as to who logs in first and claims their original guild name following maintenance :f6:

Certainly looks like the first will claim the original name, but the second will have to keep the underscored name, or come up with something new.
