In preparation for next week's new World Alliances, we would like to remind you to make sure your guild has an active leader!

If two or more guilds or guild alliances on the newly allied worlds share the same name, they will be automatically renamed during that day’s maintenance. In order to claim a new guild or guild alliance name, your guild leader will need to login and enter a new name in the pop-up box that will appear.

If your guild leader is currently inactive and you are worried about the status of your guild name once the World Alliances are complete, please contact our Customer Support team at the following link and provide the information listed below: https://support-maplestory.nexon.net/hc/en-us

• Name of Guild or Guild Alliance
• Current Guild Leader
• World

Our Customer Support team will review the request and take a look at the overall guild leader activity to determine if a change is warranted. If so, they will choose a new leader for your guild or guild alliance.

We hope these new World Alliances will help you find parties and make new friends!

I asked if a ticket would work and the GM stated that I would "need the old guild leader to pass the torch themselves". The two tickets I've sent so far have also yielded me zilch
