If that amount of money would have been invested in the American economy itself, or would have been available -right now- to support businesses in the USA, all these factories would have been running fine right now, and those 30.000 people wouldn't have lost their jobs...
All I wanted to say is that America's love for war and ruling the whole wide world in 2004 brought them down to the things we're seeing today:
A crashing economy & unemployment explosion...
Comparing the war to Circuit City getting nuked seems like apples and oranges. BOTH are very bad and unfortunate things, and C.C. shutting down does not affect the war situation in any way.
