Satanic Statue Almost ready for OK Capitol

I brought this up to my dad at some point (you think I'm a "conservative", and you will never be prepared for him), he said he'd already seen it and, after thinking over it, gave a pretty solid argument on why this is a win-win for the people building the statue. They are funding it using the same system that they used to fund that ten commandments in the same place, right? Either they get their statue, or they get the commandments removed AND waste a ton of the government's money in the courts to spite them; no matter the outcome, they get something they want. The smartest thing that can be done is just to let them have their statue, rather than waste tons of taxpayer money in a drawn out court battle that they will eventually lose. Given that it's the government though, I'm assuming they will not do this, because they rarely do anything correctly or even just in a way that is efficient.
