The first post is wrong. Buccs can use all their non-transformation skills now while in Transform except those listed. For Super Transform, they can still use Demolition and Snatch obviously:

Another note: the "CHAIN" damage in CL has gone up. So the damage reducement from being "CHAINED" is less.
