If they were going to be brave enough to shake up the show like that, they should have kept it like that rather than going back to the status quo after only 2 pineappleing episodes. Sure, people will be happy that he is back, but i'm disappointed in them for taking the easy route and using the whole thing as some publicity stunt.

I wouldn't have minded if Vinnie had stuck around until the end of the season and THEN they brought Brian back, but just 2 episodes? what a waste.

There is no hiding the fact they did this just for publicity, and it has made me rather annoyed with how utterly pointless it was. the quote from Seth Macfarlane makes him sound like a colossal douche.
