It was nerfed in that it isn't affected by buckshot, but if it hits any differently from what it does without buckshot now it might be a bug.

Monkey Furious animation and explode seems a bit funny.
I like how Rainbow become an install skill too!
I saw the video before you posted it here. Monkey furious is odd. The ball makes me think that if you screw up you'll be missing out on 20 seconds of DoT and 20% damage, and screwing up seems easy.
