Savage blow is still the main attack in 3rd job, so the same strategies are involved

not really, this depends purely on your build. If you go a goby build you'll be using assasulter and Meso explosion way more than SB, if you go a Band of Thieves build youll be spamming that over at typhons probably, SB isnt really the main skill right away unless they stick to Voodoo/Hoodoo
