@Hypermug: Tossing isn't really that big of a deal as long as you apologize and don't make it a constant thing. Twice is barely even noticeable in the long run. I had a SA player toss me 7 times in a row while I was Hammer because he decided that the head was the best place to attack when the monster still had a tail. Was not happy. I decided I didn't care about him anymore and just started super pounding the head, regardless of if he was there or not. He got the message eventually, but the point is that 2 tosses aren't a big deal.
