I don't know what Artian Greaves are, to be honest, I might have to do some asking later. Nebula is the old name for Giggi armor.
The set will have that negative skill as well as the positive skills I listed earlier. The negative is completely meaningless if you are making use of the Status Attack buff.
Wow, I feel dumb. I input this into the armor generator and set it to precisely as you described it, but it couldn't come up with anything. So I tried adding everything up myself, except I forgot I was using the old amount required for each skill from Tri, which is different than 3U, and then I finally realized my mistake. Regardless, nice set. I may use it myself cause yesterday I managed to get lucky and actually find a Handicraft +5 Charm (it even has the added bonus of Current Resistance +10, wooooooo).
