12 Azure Rathaloses later...I got a Ruby.
I'm so bored of this monster. With over 800 kills in Frontier, a large number I can't even remember in Freedom Unite as well as P3rd, and now having to spam him for plates and rubies here...ugh...
And I still need two more rubies in the future for Tenderizer Jewels...Not looking forward to that at all.
