1) if I do the guild quests offline, will they still be treated as being completed if I get online with a friend? I just feel bad getting too far ahead of him. 2) I know that when online with other people, the monsters in the quests have their stats increased to match the number of players in the room, but in the guild quests offline, do they still have slightly buffed stats equal to online? Might be a stupid question, but I figured I'd ask anyways.

1) Yes.
2) I'm pretty sure they still do. That's how it always has been, so I don't see why it would change.
