Anyway, any buffs to phantoms are welcomed, wouldn't mind more, obviously.
I think iAmFear is right about it being bugged, we've asked full Cygnus squads in our server and all of them bring at least two Phantoms too. I just hope they're going to do away with that penalty because I like skill-switching more than being a powerhorse. :|
