It'd most likely happen during May. Given that two new commanders have shown up the least we can expect is a significant buff to all Heroes during the anniversary patch.
Mercedes finally has a decent long range mobbing skill, instead of a melee hybrid hur hur. Although it still pales in comparison with Rolling Moonsault...

Stunning Strikes was always better than Rolling Moonsault, the only problem was it hit 4 monsters instead of 8.
they still have 3 days until the patch comes to KMS so lets hope they buff us phantoms some more.just remove the CD and nerf on stolen skills and the whole phantoms all over the world will be happy as F***

I'll even spend more on completing my stat% equips if they do so!

Oops. I mixed that up with that other skill so I went to confirm it at Leafre. Not like Soul Steal matters much when you can't use it to get rid of DR later on.
