Correct me if I'm mistaken, but didn't Captains get the 30% damage removed from Rapid Fire transferred to another skill?

My point was, since captains have 300% rapid fire already, and might be buffed in this "big" update as well, it's reasonable for Mercedes to get 300% per hit too.

Not to mention Sairs get no FA, have a different weapon multiplier, and completely different buffs. But those are just details...

Captains do have a 100% rate to do FA has high weapon multiplier and has about the same damage buff (if not more).

So if Captains are capable to do that damage without revamp, why is Mercedes not eligible to?
