Isn't that what Majestic Presence does? :f6:

Uses the Corsair's majestic nature to increase Gun Mastery and allows you to use explosive bullets to deal additional damage.

Gun Mastery: 70%, 70% additional explosion damage upon performing a shot-firing attack.

From what I understand Majestic Presence got buffed up to 100% in the same patch that reduced Rapid Fire to 300%. I may be wrong about this being effectively the same thing for Corsairs though since I know nuts about them.
