Probably it's because I have no range to boss, so I haven't found myself in the need to quickly switch from one skill to another. What I do find very annoying is having to recast short duration and long animation buffs, one of the reasons I hate revamped buccs, while I still love my Bishop (short animation and long duration buffs).
