Does anyone know how the equipment dismantling system works? I'd imagine it ignores all effects on the item before dismantling, so could you perhaps toss 10%s on equipment, and if they don't work, dismantle them and make them again?
Also, is there a maker recipe database out there somewhere? It's been released for quite a while in kMS and jMS, and I'm sure the Hidden Street would have a database of recipes within a few months of its release in global. Shouldn't there be some Korean or Japanese equivalent out there, especially considering that both those versions are supposed to be a lot more popular than global?
I believe you need low-grade monster crystal As to make level 70 items.
