Why is my phantom so flippin' weak?

What what's a "Captain" job in Maplestory? Never heard of that.

Also, are Phantoms actually gonna get a rebuff at some point soon? I hate it when they have to HS every 90 seconds don't you ?

Anyway, back to topic, I hate what they did to stolen skills, no comment to attacking skills as I don't use em, but the short-timed buff are annoying.

I'm fine with other nerf though.
