Another thing is to restrict access to testing servers for like only accounts with level 150+ characters. This takes out the "legit private server" and multiple account creating problem, and they might actually listen to the bug reports since the reports are coming from their most loyal customers.
"Loyal customers" is not the same thing as being high leveled.
If they're going to do any kind of restriction at all, it should be for accounts established after X amount of time. X being a certain number of months over 6-10.
