Well, in case anyone was still wondering, they didn't remove secondary stat requirements from items that didn't not originate from the Korean version, though I only checked Elemental Staff 7, Crimson Arcanon, Crimson Arcglaive, Khanjar, and Dragon Khanjar, but I think it's safe to assume it's all of them.
