maker skill got 3 lvls

to lvl it you need to do the quest for it right?

isaac said lvl 75 and 105

what happens when we are 120+?
can we still lvl up the skill or no?

Of course you still can. They are quests that become available at that level and to anyone over that level (like how most quests are).
