Perm banned, opinions/questions regarding tickets.

As far as I can tell "work in progress" means a GM has read your ticket, and last updated is the last time they were looking into issues mentioned in your ticket. Once their review is complete they'll change your ticket status to closed and give you a reply (decision).

Today they responded telling me I am getting another chance even though I never really did anything.
