I apologize if this is not the right section...
If it's not let me know and i'll inform a moderator right away.
So as a few might know my main and basicly every character in my signature are since 5 days ago
permanently banned. I had a lot of warnings for using third party programs or hacking tools. (Never use
those ofcourse, some background processes were causing that... (Happens everytime I restart my Laptop).
Alright anyway,
About 5 days ago 10 minutes after I got banned I sent a ticket to nexon explaining things.
I'm wondering what the average time is you have to wait for a response on ban appeals.
Right after I sent my ban appeal I sent in two other tickets. One being a glitch and the other
a hacking site explaining charm exploit. They both got reveived and were completely done
before my ban appeal got any attention at all.
I'm rather frustrated because i still have 40 red leaf high tickets and i'm missing out on
all the events right now... But i'll already be happy enough if I actually get unbanned.
My second question is what the ''last updated'' part stands for.
I checked just now and it's saying: Last updated: 9/4/2012 9:10 AM PDT.
But no response from a GM/E-mail or whatever.
Does this mean they looked into it today? Or was it me who was checking earlier today. (I think I checked
but i'm not sure).
I'm pretty confused about what's going on.
Just to make it clear, it's still saying: Work In Progress. Not closed or whatever.

As far as I can tell "work in progress" means a GM has read your ticket, and last updated is the last time they were looking into issues mentioned in your ticket. Once their review is complete they'll change your ticket status to closed and give you a reply (decision).

Thanks, you were right.
Today they responded telling me I am getting another chance even though I never really did anything.
Anyway, thanks for the help.
