I think it is possible to "turn that on" or "turn that off". Pirates do have duplicate IDs for the 500 series. They can release the pirate revamp later if they swap all the IDs for the new ones in the data. Remember, the data also contains copies of pre-Justice pirates as we saw with the CMST Dragon Warrior patch.

Phantoms are coming out July 12th and Jett is actually in all caps, JETT.

Can someone enlighten me on which one is the Pirate equivalent of Solar Array from Jett? I tried looking but couldn't see it.

I'm disappointed some Jett's skills kept the same animations and even the same names (Brain Scrambler? that sucks...), doesn't look like it'd be harder to change them than it already was to implement the other changes.

Also Octopunch should've been called Gomu Gomu no punch. Would have worked much better for as much effort they put in the current Pirate names

All of them are just standard tutorial stuff, speech bubbles and for some reason, Lillin (the same one used in the Aran one) is here.

Nope, the new storyline involves you warping into a weird dimension where this guy just 1HKO's your character, then after you die, you can go to another dimension and kill a weaker version of him. It's extremely stupid. @____@

Yea, but you actually NEED to die to complete the quest. The story's like, Andy tells you to go somewhere and kill it for him, then you come back saying you died in there and he's like "Oh, my bad, here's the correct clock, now kill it". :S

Nope, it just means that the item has that red background in it's stats instead of blue, like the Balrog equipment. :S

Does anyone care to post the character-making screen for Jett? Here's hoping it's at least somewhat nice-looking. Noticed there's no "Map" extraction either - was there really nothing there? Or just nothing worth an extraction?
