Why are these so common!?

They're almost as common without drop amplifiers. Every time a recipe drops, I'm like DD, then I see 'noble/tenacious/lucky/wise' when I loot it, I cry inside. Same with frikken mech recipes, though not nearly as common, are still useless as hell.

Last time I was free farming a certain monster, I got 4 shoulder recipes and 1 non-shoulder recipe.
Game real troll.

I was on 2x drop there once.. I looted 300 Shoulder Recipes .____. The funny thing is people bought them for 200k each....

Considering the absolutely obscene amount of emblems you need to make even the lower level shoulderpads, I assume this is the case. Just Nexon trolling us. Reminds me of pink cone hats from Cold eyes back in the day.
