They're almost as common without drop amplifiers. Every time a recipe drops, I'm like Big Grin

DD, then I see 'noble/tenacious/lucky/wise' when I loot it, I cry inside. Same with frikken mech recipes, though not nearly as common, are still useless as hell.

Considering the absolutely obscene amount of emblems you need to make even the lower level shoulderpads, I assume this is the case. Just Nexon trolling us. Reminds me of pink cone hats from Cold eyes back in the day.
