100% to increase max drops (double ore loot)

Golden Pickaxe:
Mining Speed: +120%
Mining Skill: +1
Durability: 500
The Golden Pickaxe is harder to obtain, but I feel that the Swift Wrench is better?

Mining Skill +1 lowers the rate of failure.
Max drops gives you more ores for your fatigue.
They're both essentially fatigue savers. It's up to you whichever you prefer.

So now the question is, does Mining Skill: +1 equal to 50% less failure rate when mining ores recommended for one's mining level.

Isn't Swift one got +150% harvesting speed?
And Light one is +130%, normal one is +120%?
