That screenshot makes me curious. It looks light Insight is capped at level 99. However, if that's the case, why bother putting three digits for the level indicated? I'm gonna guess it caps at 100 instead?

A 1 lvl distance is just too small to be seen. I would guess it is just a coincidence that the player got 0 points

I'd say so. Esp considering that if you click the link, Notify cut off the last paragraph,

Each Trait has 100 levels, and like Professions, you can track your progress by clicking the [B] key. Data relating to your Traits is located on the right-hand side of the window.

I should let you all know, All Shoulder Pads and level 130 equipment requires Gallant Emblems, which is acquired in Battle Square, which comes out in July 20.

Quite some quests give Empathy, but that won't get you past level 15. For an (yet) incomplete list: here

I'm not fully sure. Did we get all the alchemist potions in the Chaos patch? I didn't see them in the extractions.
