Wich version are you refering to?
GMS and KMS have Neo City not Neo Tokio and it got buffed JMS has Neo Tokio and appaerntly it kinda sucks now. MapleSEA I have no idea they don't even haev Big Bang yet. Completly off topic: 2000th countable posts get!

Bergamoth cannot be fought due to a bug, the quest doesn't exist, so the ones who didn't make it to Park area are stuck in Odaiba. The rest got an EXP adjustment.

ic, thank you for the info... is that all player will be given a SP reset for (1st job - 4th job) after bbp to reset the skill?

Yes, everyone gets an sp reset, please read other threads regarding all this information.
