GMS and KMS have Neo City not Neo Tokio and it got buffed
JMS has Neo Tokio and appaerntly it kinda sucks now.

Yes. As a source, myself. I've been there post BB and it's like the same. Oh, just some adjustments and bugs. Bergamoth cannot be fought due to a bug, the quest doesn't exist, so the ones who didn't make it to Park area are stuck in Odaiba. The rest got an EXP adjustment.
