Is it true that price for % potential equip in KMS is much cheaper than GMS ?

Sorry if this issue seems to be a bit old , but I've just read this topic on Basil :

I navered(korean google) price for unique potential on Naver(most popular Korean search engine like google)
and the price for 15% stat is only around 250m.

in KMS miracle cube is 1200nx and package is 6 cubes for 6000nx(all nx items have pretty much the same price as in gms, only difference is they dont expire in KMS)
1000nx = 1000won
1000won = 0.86USD

ATK10 WG is 100m~150m(though this is very dependent on each servers, there are 32 servers in kms currently)
ATK 8 is 35m~40m

In, KMS it usually takes 20 cubes to make EPIK from RARE, and 30+ cubes to make UNIQUE from EPIK in KMS(i asked peaple in kms, some lucky pple only took 10 cubes from rare to unique tho)

so it normally takes 50+ cubes to make UNIQUE from RARE

10% stat(altogether) = 180m~200m
15% stat(altogether) = 250m~350m
20%+ stat(altogether) = 1b+

Potential Equips came out on 21st May 2010 in KMS

Isn't it Kinda weird? or is it that the GMS is highly infalted?

I just wanna ask , especially from someone who has played both KMS and GMS , if it's really true ? And if it is , is it really because of the cubing rate of KMS ?
I have an argument with my friend about this issue , but he didn't seem to find the url above persuasive , so I want to have some more info regarding this topic . Sorry for the inconvenient

It's entirely possible they changed the upgrade rates in chaos. There isn't enough information to conclude WHY, only that it is indeed the case.

Different servers = difference prices.
I don't know about the differences in the potential system but just because something costs less in another server than it does in your own does not make it cheap, different servers different economies.
I'd give a more exact answer but i've only seen and experienced the KMS version of potential.

I don't think this is much different from what major cube users in GMS would tell you.

It makes sense given those cube numbers since Epic 3 line items are usually around 250-450 mil...and Unique 3 lines are usually around 700-900 mil+ here in GMS.

NX to mesos ratio is currently 1:13-1:14 on my server, so that translates to 20-50 cubes * 1.2k NX = 24k-60k NX => 324-810 mil in mesos.

@OP: So to answer your question...I don't think the cubing rates are any different. GMS just seems to be horribly inflated compared to KMS.

The only thing that comes to mind is that they've had potential longer so prices are cheaper, which makes complete sense. Especially if it was around 5 or 6 months, which usually is the time it takes for GMS to get KMS's content.

Now i wonder what's the attack of glove that normal funded KMS players can get in general? iirc, they don't have scg (as well as "some advantage" like fs, pink scrolls, ws/chaos exploit, PyPQ scrolls botter etc... in GMS) so 10att wg in KMS is like 12~13att wg (or bwg/scg) in GMS? So, if the OP taken 10 att wg as the benchmark to compare the difference of price between GMS and KMS, it will be inaccurate because the huge difference of the economy between two servers

I wonder about the equips of a normal funded KMS player in general , too . All the vids I found on youtube are quite well-funded ( or so I think )

Here's a good benchmark, what's the NX:mesos ratio in KMS. Should be easier to find out with the cash trading room, how much do people sell cubes for?

They may have changed cube rates after chaos. Can't really answer why there's such a big difference in prices but I'll say demand and supply is different there. KMS has no world transfer I believe, so prices will be world dependent. And your assumption of that archer having 214% dex is incorrect; maple warrior + dex from equip are part of the bonus. So if they have 100 dex from equip and 120 dex from mw, that's 1088 dex pre%'ed -> ~150% dex bonus.

Mesos being harder to aquire is still a fact.

We have at least 4 major meso farming spots for any level range. 40+, sakura cellions or leprechauns. 70+, windraider badge exchange. 160+, farming at neo city 3rd exclusive map with RGTS. None of these areas exist in KMS.

There are plenty of botters in KMS. Mesos are still much more abundant in GMS.
