I don't know why many people (not necessarily on here) are implying that there are chances there isn't a rollback..
There actually HAS to be a rollback because there isn't really any other way to eliminate/delete the mesos that the CB's/Shadowers gained with the exploit. I'm pretty darn sure Nexon's not gonna go through each player, lmfao. They can't/will not know for sure WHO exactly was using this meso exploit.

Well considering this hack is directly linked to only 2 jobs in the entire game, it's a lot less painful in searching for the culprits at least.

There's no such thing as a database query. Or log files. It should be very easy to find all players who gained over 2.1b mesos between let's say 1pm PST and 5 PM when they took it down. That's even assuming it was public then.

Should've tried to pot my D.Khanjar. Would have been a perfect time if I exploded it.

They had DC hacks fixed then they found a new way around it. DC hacks are different I believe and aren't as threating as this. Pick and choose.

When you have a team of developers ready to fix a glitch at a moments notice (as they did tonight), why are they picking and choosing? Unless they only work tonight, it seems to me like there's plenty of time to fix it (another night that is.) Dc hacks go hand in hand with other types of hacking - whether it's so you don't get to see what they're doing, or keeping people out so they can autoloot all the items, etc. I agree it isn't as vital, but it definitely helps support the hacking agenda. As they've done with other hacks, why not even do a simple check such as making an autoban occurs if chatting exceeds the legal limit?

All games have log files for each profile. Those would be server side though. However this is maple we are talking about here so I would not be surprised by to see them take the lazy way out and just do a roll back.

Just wait till hime say there'll not be a rollback. If she says it, we get a rollback 100% sure.

Well, sounds like I picked the worst possible time for that meet-up to sell one of my 17-day rings even though it was bid on a few days back...

And CBs? I was training a bit on a lower level character last week and I wasn't in popular spots, but now that I think of it, I did run across 2 of them then which was far more than I was used to.


If I wind up banned on my main, someone PM me someplace I can sell my crap for real cash; preferably not a den of botters. I'm tired of this entirely now.

Oh no, how HORRIBLE, they promised not to patch so much and they're patching TOO much since they're actually trying to stop crap from ruining the game. Stupid nexon, you'll lose MILLIONS OF PLAYERS if you ACTUALLY DO YOUR JOB and try to patch up hacks and try to stop hackers.

This is the basic scenario that happens all the time:
A roll back happens. People complain about quitting, Nexon losing profit and/or players. Nexon announces a mini 2x event and maple point compensation. Everyone continues to play. In the end nobody quits.

Anyone know around what time we were rollbacked to? I zakked and papped around 5 PM EST... and got some 3 line neos and 3 line shoes :/. Can't log on now either.

I leveled my shadower to 132 this morning at 8:11AM, many hours before the exploits, I logged out several times between then and the exploit('saving' my data), yet the rankings still say I'm 131 with ~5m less exp than I had after Anegoing around 4AM. s: Hope the 90% I gained today didn't get rolled back. x:
