I stand at the same place, Dusk, except I ignore the left one and attack right only. Then, after about 5-6 respawns, I go across, looting, and stand on the right side of the two. Turn around and repeat.
When they get MP back, it'd probably be more advisable to stand somewhere between the first and second (from the left) and only attack one at a time. Either that or just snipe from the far right/left.

I did another training session last night and these are the results:
Time: 40 minutes
Potions: 100 Pizzas, 100 Barbarian Elixirs, 2 Warrior Pills, 1 Leaf Crystal
Gain: 11%, ~100K mesos (after subtracting potion costs)
The HP:MP usage is 4:1.
16.5%/hour
My character:
Level 105 Sniper
Maxed Strafe
28 Eruption
5 Mortal Blow
6 Puppet
21 Blizzard

Pizzas mess up the HP:MP usage figure, though. Unless you always use them to their fullest benefit.

care to explain how? (I don't understand this stuff =P)
Partying at newties is probably faster, but considering I'm a low level, i think this will give me some good solo training. I lose money wither way, so no big deal >.>

Works really well. I think I overpotted only 100 HP during the entire time.

eat(barb);
}
elseif (hp<1800) && (mp<1200) {
eat(pizza);

else {
setTimeout("pot()",1000);
}
?
(yay for javascript...? ._.)

21 Blizzard I just tried to take measurements for the 3rd time but once again got interrupted. Still, I think I have some useful numbers.
Time: 30 minutes
Starting percent: 61.01%
Ending percent: 69.74%
net gain: 8.6%, for ideally 17.2% an hour.
I went into the MTS once to reset spawn. I have maxed strafe and rain, with 12 puppet (though I barely used that).

I usually spam AE until it locks on to just one or two typhons, then I finish them off with puppet/strafe. I enter the CS/MTS and respawn at top. I use Eruption and Blizzard to lure them as I go down back into the spamming spot. Sometimes, instead of going to the top, I go down to the two platform underneath and lure the ones there. I can usually spam Eruption for 3-5 minutes before I have to lure again.

I was looking in to this as a warrior and it is just as good for us as well, at 130 it is suprisingly good if only typhon feathers were tradable D:
with maxed sheild mastery and pg i barly get hit past 100 dmg and with 8k hp i barely use hp pots with the use of pizzas. It seems more like a high leveld pirates area I still want to see how effective a party is there with someone at the cave some one in te middle and someone at top

If you're alone you have to move around and lure to get more spawn. I'm pretty certain since Baby Typhons were fixed that the place is barren now. (Correct me if I'm wrong. I haven't been on MS in a week or so.)
Anyway, the thing I did when there was no spawn was change channels and kill the spawn on top of the next channel, then change back to my channel, lure the top spawn, and jumped right to get onto the ledges over there. I did more luring before finally ending back at the "spamming spot."
After all that I usually had a nice big mob with several Typhons flying all over.

what I do is very similar to yours, however I often hit Typhons that are flying by on the far left of the screen with Inferno to pull them towards the spikes. I occasionally drop down to the platform below and inferno right to grab those as well, but it's usually more efficient to just go into the MTS.

How did you have to use that many pots at Typhons? I survived almost purely on the Elixirs and Ramen they drop. And my HP is only ~3300.

I don't care if i lose money here... I made 46% (half on 2x exp) (2hours training tho)
I leveled to 103 =D
i could have leveled faster had it not been for the maps being full for half an hour...
Lovely leveling here... good exp when you can't find a newties map to snipe.

I know it's probably a little bit slower, but since the drop rate nerf, I prefer the cave spot to the bush spot in the middle... I get hit way less, there's less danger of getting KB'ed back to the JQ and resetting the spawn is way simpler.
Enter & leave the cave = all the typhons go find a new platform. With ice shot and AE to lure, entering the cave is a nice way to get a crowd of 8 or so. Most of the time, lvl 9 puppet dies before I even finish off my mob

How crowded are the maps? I lose 100% money at newts since I can't loot w/o a pet, so if the typhons is faster I"ll finish up the storm breaker and phantom seed quests later.

Not very crowded. I was able to get a map during 2x (the only 2x I was able to attend because school started three weeks ago), went to repot once, and my map was still empty.
60% in two hours during 2x

The map wasn't crowded at all. The time i went there, it was half way through 2x (yeah i knoiw that sucks), but i eventually found me a solid map. I was being nice to the people who said "oh i fell off. Can i get my spot back?" so i even let them have the map...
In the spot in the middle, i used around 600 barbarians, 200 pizzas, 20+ or - a few mana elixers, and around 40 soceror elixers. this is traing straight for 2 hours with my cousingiving me a repot.
I usually use the pots to their fullest extent. I.e. pizzas when i have -900 life and -500 mp...
I can usually knock them all back, but in the case i get one behind me, i take damage like crazy... But i think the center platform has more spawn, imo... since you get the criss-cross flying ones instead of just the ones to your right of the screen.
