or the 2wa, 10% chance, 10% dmg.

Its been said before. Any class that naturally has a critical skill or whatever should go with the critical ring. Higher chances of hitting criticals equals higher dps.

The Cruel ring is in fact better for assassins, by about 0.5%, due to 1 extra w.atk.


This is only due to their relatively low base crit rate though -- if they have SE, then the Critical ring is indisputably better..



The Critical Ring is far more practical. I'd recommend the Critical ring to anybody who will kill a monster, at any point, ever, with any party.
