Yotsuba Wrote:No no, you don't understand. Paras is an insect that's been infected by the mushroom. The mushroom is a parasitic lifeform that controls the bug host.
In other words, it's implying that Nincada becomes Paras when it's taken over by a mushroom. Doesn't really work though, considering Paras are born with mushroom spores, but it is pretty interesting. They're both cicada (or at least Paras looks like one).

I'd like to know the science behind the damn Pokeballs. I mean, how the hell am I supposed to capture a 800 pound plus Wailord with a damn ball that has the weight of tomato? On top of that, how the hell does that thing have so much compression power to completely disintegrate the matter of a living creature and then bring it back out again in the same damn shape? Some freaky ass time travel stuff going on there.

That also raises the question:
These balls can capture living lifeforms. So, would it be possible to capture humans as well with a Pokeball? Unless there's one common property that all Pokemon share, and scientists of the Pokemon world were able to make these balls only react when that property is present, I don't see why it wouldn't work on humans. Or, they could do it the other way around, but then-
Oh, why am I bringing this into thought?

remember, before apricorns were used as the first pokeballs, and even before then people just had pokemon that obeyed them. that raises a more prevalent question: how did the ancient people catch their pokemon? did they capture them it traps and abuse them so where they, the pokemon, lost all desire to resist and developed stokholms syndrome and obeyed their captors, then were forced to breed so their captors could enslave their children?

It was probably like how Pokemon randomly join Ash because they respect him.

@^^^^^^^^^^^
I was thinking of that comic
But the real question is:
Why would anyone respect Ash? He was walking around with Misty all those years and didn't get the hint.

They clearly joined to take advantage of what Ash didn't.

私♥変態
That shirt is pretty bad... There's no reason for it to be in Japanese, considering native speakers would look at the message differently than English speakers. Wearing this shirt in Japan would be pretty bad... Then again, I've seen Japanese wear English shirts that are pretty bad as well. Hirano Aya once wore this shirt that said something about having a tongue bath.
