Because it is a company's right to provide its best service to the customer, with a good customer service to help provide what the customer needs.

Context clearly implies "responsibility" was the actual intended word. The focus on the "customer is always right" adage most likely resulted in spontaneous replacement of R-words.

Well, finally got my final ticket response... in about a month and half. This is what they gave me:

Yep, one month of waiting to tell me to RESTART MY GODDAM COMPUTER. I specificaly told them that I cannot connect in any way, and that no message shows up
