Do guardian scrolls work with unique potential scrolls?

Simple question. Pretty sure the answer is yes and just wanted to make sure. (i'm talking about the scrolls that returns the scroll if failed)

I can confirm that they work with 80% unique potential scrolls but I haven't tried the 60% version.

I have also used one with an 80%. The scroll passed but the guardian scroll effect was used up but I assume it'd work if it failed.

I see no reason why the 60% should be any different.

Yes, guardian scrolls work with 60% unique potential scrolls. I've used this combination quite a bit myself.
