Are Witch's Deep purple belt worth anything these days?

They're worth a lot. The only atk belts you can get now are Rising Sun Belts, and those are exceptionally rare at best.

I am in Khaini, and posses a 9dex 4atk belt, 2lined rare 3%luk pot. Would be willing to trade it for a %luk belt or just get a P/C on it :>

Exactly, no one looking for end game gear is going to consider 1st tier potential worthwhile when 3rd tier is available. Doesn't matter how much attack you manage to get on that 1 atk belt, if it's under about 15, getting a 15% level 110+ belt is definitely going to be better. PyPq is gone.
