I have not seen them in ages, and I happen to have a few in my inventory from long ago.

EDIT thanks for the reply guys. Do you guys know whether i should put a potential scroll on it, how much more would it go for vs. unpotentialed? I mean i could use a 90% pot scroll on it, if the marginal benefit is worth it. will it go for much more?

They're worth a lot. The only atk belts you can get now are Rising Sun Belts, and those are exceptionally rare at best.

Exactly, no one looking for end game gear is going to consider 1st tier potential worthwhile when 3rd tier is available. Doesn't matter how much attack you manage to get on that 1 atk belt, if it's under about 15, getting a 15% level 110+ belt is definitely going to be better. PyPq is gone.

lol i have a 5 matk one sitting in my bucaneer's inventory un potentialed. I'm in Scania unfortunately. Still has 1 slot left too. I suppose it could go for quite the pretty penny these days no?
