Good training spots in Future Henesys?

Are there any? i looked around and did some quests but I cant tell if there are any solid training spots. Anybody know?
(Quests are amazing, however.)

Mobs there have like the same hp:exp ratio as O4, except don't mob as much and a lot of them can stun/slow/super kb. It's terrible.
