Are there any? i looked around and did some quests but I cant tell if there are any solid training spots. Anybody know?

Mobs there have like the same hp:exp ratio as O4, except don't mob as much and a lot of them can stun/slow/super kb. It's terrible.

The stronghold is RIDICULOUSLY good exp.

They have pretty low HP considering I can 1-hit all of them without SP.
