Couple questions about Speed Infusion

I'm playing a TB, if that matters.
a) Will it stack with my own booster, or does it cancel it out? b) Does it give the same speed change at all levels?

a) they stack
b) before it was lvls 1-10 speed 1 lvl 11+ speed 2 BUT I'm not sure of BB changed that

A)It Stacks
B) It's the same as 11 now, so lvl 1 and Lvl 11 have no difference. |
