I'm playing a TB, if that matters.
a) Will it stack with my own booster, or does it cancel it out?
b) Does it give the same speed change at all levels?

b) before it was lvls 1-10 speed 1 lvl 11+ speed 2 BUT I'm not sure of BB changed that
