Ticket Response
#1
Seeing as I haven't made a thread to keep all my information in one place about my Marksman being deleted, I figured I could make one now. With people always asking me how my ticket is going I can just give them this link to make it so much easier.

I logged a ticket the day I was hacked (on a freshly made account) - 03/11/10
Ticket status updated to Work In Progress - 04/12/10
BBB complaint logged on - 03/18/10
 Initial Response - 03/25/10
 Rebuttal - 03/29/10
 Final Response - 03/31/10

I also happen to have over $2000 in NX cards 5 feet away from me that I spent on that account, and every single Paypal e-mail when I charged NX. I don't know if that will help at all, but hopefully it can.

in my opinion it doesnt matter how much you spent on the account. nexon dont care whether your hacked or banned. nexon just cares about $

if there are less people playing nexon games, nexon would treat the players better. we have to boycott nexon games!

Great logic there.

Guy: I can't use my account because I was hacked!

NatureDragon: WELL if there are less people playing nexon games they would treat their players better! derp derp!

oh wait, how about all the people that got hacked? They certainly aren't able to play! ha ha ha funny jokes funny jokes.

I assume you failed to realize that a paying customer is a paying customer but no matter how much you cry about it, you're not going to get a special hugbox response where you're placed above the thousands of other whining chumps that also go through problems more or less important than your own...

For god's sake, what's wrong with you? Nexon has many games, and tens of thousands of people play each one. Slow the pineapple down. Use some common sense. Stop pretending to be more important than everyone else that came before you.

You make me want to put my head in a blender every time I see you post...

Hello, I'm sorry but I am not able to provide you with customer support through this system. Unfortunately, you will need to wait until your ticket can be answered by the agents. Your patience is appreciated. Thank you, Nexon Support

You already paid for it. You paid Nexon the moment you paid the store you bought these cards from. After that, Nexon isn't gaining anything, so your cards are worthless. And if you'll notice, the cards probably say they're non-refundable and obviously, after you charge them, the NX isn't exactly exchangeable for real cash. Tough luck. Should have thought twice before making such a [large] investment.

I don't think he's trying to get a refund for it(unless he stated that somewhere), but showing them he's put well over $2,000 into it, no one in their right mind would throw away that much money and just delete the character. Or something. :/

Best of luck to you, let's hope Nexon will fix it, do miss your card hunting. ):

I'd say with all the nx you spent on this game, you're more likely to have a case against Nexon, although I really don't know your chances. Hopefully it'll get worked out somehow.

Since it's all about you your blog would've made a much more logical place to put this for linking purposes.

Far more freedom to arrange, organize, and track without a single post/thread limit.

Just for the record, yes the cards/email transactions could put a pricetag on your account. Unfortunatly even if you were able to break through the "iownyouTOS", virtual property is hard to fight in court. Not only that but 2 grand will probably buy you 4 hours of time from a standard lawyer.

If you spent a lot through paypal, file a dispute if it hasn't been more then 30 days or 45 I can't remember. You can get your paypal money back but they'll just ban the account, lol.

Ah crap I forgot about blogs <_< I didn't want to seem self-centered but I guess I should have known there was no way to avoid that. That's what I get for making this thread at midnight.
If it's possible to move it to a blog, please do so. I have no clue how the blog system works here but just glancing at it now makes it seem like you wouldn't be able to move it.
