Having a 12 letter name is not against the ToS >=(. And neither is putting up a price (higher than 10K) on the MTS
The problem is people having names like NOMOMOMOMOM, and then putting an item up for 11000 with taxes. But the name would be so long that it covers the first 1, making it look like 1000.
