I got this in a PM from Stephen, hope he doesn't mind me posting it.

Starting at (1), kill the monsters on your right.
After, take the teleport displayed as a blue circle on this map. It takes you to the top left blue circle.
Go to (2) and clear the monsters around you.
After, use down jump, onto platform (3).
Kill the monster to your left. Only 1 spawns there.
After, use down jump.
Kill the monsters located on this platform.
After, stand on platform (4), and face left. Use down jump then recoil shot. You should land on platform (5).
Kill the monsters on the platform to the left.
After, use down jump. You should appear on platform (6).
Again, kill the monsters on the platform to the left, then jump to the platform located ABOVE (1), which is to the right of (7).
Kill these monsters.
After, use down jump and repeat the process. :]
Unfortunately, my path doesn't incorporate platform (8) cos it's just too far, so occasionally I make my way there to kill the clogged up monsters. ^^
Well I hope I've somehow helped you. You can take whatever path you like, but try not to travel too much. You should always be attacking.
Oh, and I suggest you ignore those yellow Stormbreakers. They only waste your precious bullets.(You can't reload bullets at NLC, so make sure you have plenty of bullets before making your way there.)
Oh, that reminds me...
In case you didn't know, getting to lower ascent is rather risky cos elder wraiths fly around in the maps on the way there. They one-hit-KO us.
If you want to push your luck, you can try getting there by yourself, using blank shot to stun them, but you really should just get someone to HB you. 10% is a lot >;o
