Things like this that constantly happen are pushing me more and more to quit. This company is a joke and I think it's more insulting that we allow them to freely get away with these "mistakes" with a simple flick of a 2x event.

The amount of these threads that popup that are unique, separate, situations should be enough to make everyone quit.

[Update 8:00 PM Pacific] We have unblocked accounts that were banned due to this incident. If your account was blocked around 7:00 PM Pacific and it is still banned, you may submit a ticket to Customer Support so they can review the particular ban on your account.

We are aware of an issue where many accounts have been mistakenly banned around 7:00 PM Pacific today. We are currently working on the issue, and hope to have it resolved in the next hour or so. Please check back to the post below for updates.

To be honest I'm neutral about unfair bans because they can be both fair and unfair, But what makes its even harder to tell weather or not a person is lying or telling the truth about there ban is that you and/or I don't know who this person in question most of the time people are complete strangers to one another both on official and fan forums yes sometimes your on boards with friends but most of the time you are talking with complete strangers who may seem legit but can be really be a hacker in disguise. Not everyone is a hacker and its sometimes really Nexon's fault and they screwed up on there programming that cause a very unfair ban. all in all I tend to not to take sides on either side because I simply don't know.
