To clarify on this, since Nexon didn't:

The map room and the bonus room have separate one minute timers.
The map room's timer starts when someone clicks the statue.
The bonus room's timer starts when the first person goes through the portal on the left.

To give everyone maximum time in the bonus room, faster players should wait in the slow room until everyone's on the portal.
